What you will do

• Manage team members and oversee departmental activities.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, monitoring, and closing activities.
• Define and execute initiatives to optimize operational efficiency in production and logistics.
• Improve the Controlling department's operational efficiency through the use of SAP.
• Prepare and report profit-and-loss (P&L) related materials to the headquarters in Germany.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide data-driven insights for business operations.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work in Numazu-shi, Japan
• Language: Proficiency in Japanese, including reading and writing kanji
• Language: Ability to read and write in English
• At least 3 years of experience in team management.
• At least 3 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing company.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
