What you will do

• Perform restoration work and troubleshoot production equipment breakdowns.
• Plan and implement regular and annual maintenance schedules for production equipment.
• Oversee the planning and installation of new equipment and optimize equipment layouts.
• Manage investment approvals and asset management processes.
• Implement predictive maintenance strategies for existing equipment.
• Manage IMM new die installation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing operations and knowledge of production engineering.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency.
• English language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic PC skills and a strong motivation for continuous improvement.
