What you will do

• Lead product expansion for turbochargers, gaskets, engine mounts, and brake pads in the Asia/Pacific region.
• Initiate and manage development strategies for new portfolio expansion products.
• Manage Product Lifecycle (PDP) with suppliers to ensure benchmark time-to-market.
• Develop product specifications based on customer and market requirements.
• Oversee the PPAP process for product approval and release.
• Manage material master data in SAP and MAPIM systems and ensure data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or equivalent.
• Product Management experience, specifically with engine parts.
• Experience within the Automotive Industry, preferably in the Independent Aftermarket.
• Proficiency in IT tools such as SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English proficiency for both writing and speaking.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China.
