Salary: $200,000 – $280,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own and spec foundational platform improvements for core workflows and boundary enforcement.
• Identify and resolve product defaults to prevent user misconfiguration through validation and guardrails.
• Lead the evolution of core architectural abstractions to align with the current product model and user needs.
• Improve data accessibility to ensure users can answer basic questions about results without excessive drilling.
• Coordinate cross-team changes by negotiating tradeoffs between designers, engineers, and infrastructure teams.
• Author technical PRDs that demonstrate a deep understanding of technical constraints and desired outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience shipping product changes that required coordination across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Background in security tools, infrastructure platforms, developer tools, or cloud services.
• Proven ability to influence architectural decisions and understand system boundaries and data flow.
• Experience designing configuration or setup flows that meaningfully reduced user confusion and support load.
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment owning problems end-to-end.
• Must be based in US East Coast, Europe, or Argentina.
