TL;DR

Location: Remote in South Korea (team is remote with occasional in-person collaboration travel)

What you will do

  • Serve as primary point of contact for a large portfolio of customers, owning end-to-end experience and triaging issues independently.
  • Develop scalable workflows for self-service onboarding and product-led expansion, collaborating with product and sales teams.
  • Act as external-facing technical program manager to identify process gaps, advocate for automation, and ensure nothing falls through cracks.
  • Represent customer voice internally to drive adoption, reduce friction, and improve product outcomes.
  • Handle product questions, demos, and training sessions confidently.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken
  • Experience in technical customer-facing role at SaaS or cybersecurity startup
  • Familiarity with application security or developer tools
  • Background in technical program management or scaled customer success
  • Ability to perform product demos and customer training
  • Experience with automation, support tooling, or scaled outreach
