What you will do
- Serve as primary point of contact for a large portfolio of customers, owning end-to-end experience and triaging issues independently.
- Develop scalable workflows for self-service onboarding and product-led expansion, collaborating with product and sales teams.
- Act as external-facing technical program manager to identify process gaps, advocate for automation, and ensure nothing falls through cracks.
- Represent customer voice internally to drive adoption, reduce friction, and improve product outcomes.
- Handle product questions, demos, and training sessions confidently.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken
- Experience in technical customer-facing role at SaaS or cybersecurity startup
- Familiarity with application security or developer tools
- Background in technical program management or scaled customer success
- Ability to perform product demos and customer training
- Experience with automation, support tooling, or scaled outreach
