What you will do

  • Manage administrative tasks, prioritize requests, handle reporting queries, and escalate issues to relevant teams.
  • Perform user and access management for global HR reporting systems and support global CoE on processes and projects.
  • Prepare, update, release, and distribute standard HR reports, KPIs, dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and audit reports.
  • Support consolidation of global HR headcount planning, tracking, and CoE budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines, act as HR Reporting & Analytics specialist, and provide high-level customer service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Data Science, HR Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Workforce Planning in large organizations, ideally automotive.
  • Experience in international collaborations, stakeholder management at different levels.
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems with HR focus or comparable.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel); solid experience with HR IT systems, ideally SAP.
  • Proficient English skills (spoken and written).
