What you will do

• Participate in onboarding new customers with guidance, assistance, and installation packages for Unified Agent.
• Test Unified Agent data collection capabilities across different setups.
• Maintain data collection from diverse connected device environments and identify communication/data validation issues.
• Collaborate with project managers on onboarding and account support on lifecycle projects.
• Merge and analyze data samples from various database structures to provide ad hoc and prototype reports.
• Support and evolve Unified Agent sustain capabilities and develop process improvement cases with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting and analytic skills
• Basic coding and scripting experience
• Knowledge/experience with database structures and query languages (Oracle SQL)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables)
• Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones
• Good time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or in a team

Nice to have

• Data/Business Analyst skills or experience (familiar with Power BI/Tableau)
