What you will do

• Design, develop, and enhance presales and pricing tools using Quick Base, Power Apps, and Power Automate for quoting, approvals, workload management, and reporting.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models for presales pipeline, SLA performance, pricing trends, and operational metrics.
• Analyze presales workflows to identify standardization, automation, and efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with presales, pricing, sales, product, and operations teams to align processes and support governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, provide training, resolve issues, and deliver insights on trends and bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data analysis, presales operations, pricing operations, or process improvement.
• Hands-on expertise in Quick Base (design, administration, enhancements).
• Strong Power BI experience (data modelling, dashboarding, reporting).
• Hands-on Power Apps for business processes and Power Automate for workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Fluency in English and ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
