What you will do

• Oversee all foreign trade topics, ensuring compliance with IMMEX, VAT Certification, PROSEC, and other programs.
• Administer Annex 24 & 30, perform reconciliations, and align with company operations.
• Implement policies, procedures, and internal controls for standardized foreign trade operations.
• Identify risks, document critical operations, and drive mitigation measures.
• Support internal and external audits with accurate risk assessments.
• Monitor performance and compliance, manage documentation for temporarily imported fixed assets, and lead cost reduction projects.

Requirements

• English (80%)
• 3+ years in similar position leading teams (Automotive Industry) – must
• Strong knowledge of IMMEX, VAT Certification, PROSEC, Rule 8, Annex 24, Annex 30, Foreign Trade regulations – must
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and detail-oriented.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
