What you will do

• Manage relationships with critical institutional and operational partners to ensure daily operational continuity.
• Act as the main point of contact for partner performance, issue resolution, and escalations.
• Ensure partners meet SLAs, contractual commitments, and operational standards.
• Lead procurement processes, vendor selection, and contract lifecycle management for non-commercial areas.
• Drive cost optimization, vendor consolidation, and contract standardization.
• Coordinate closely with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in partnerships, vendor management, procurement, or strategic alliances.
• Advanced conversational English and Spanish level.
• Experience working in complex or regulated environments.
• Must be open to a 100% on-site role in Mexico.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and critical relationships.

Nice to have

• Conversational Russian level.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology platforms.
