What you will do

• Lead design and animation of motion graphics for marketing, product explainers, social content, and digital ads.
• Conceptualize storyboards, design frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion content.
• Mentor junior designers and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Oversee motion production pipeline, create reusable templates, and manage multiple projects.
• Experiment with trends, advanced effects, and new tools to innovate visual storytelling.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related.
• 5+ years professional experience in motion design or animation.
• Expert in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (Cinema 4D, Blender plus).
• Strong storytelling, timing, visual composition, and leadership skills.
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication.
• Able to communicate in English (MUST); portfolio/showreel required.
