What you will do

• Collaborate with creative team and stakeholders to create content for web, email, social, ads, events, print, and presentations.
• Develop concepts from brief to production, incorporating feedback and ensuring brand consistency.
• Integrate AI tools like Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, and Midjourney into workflows for ideation, asset generation, and task automation.
• Stay current on AI advancements, share best practices, and apply critical judgment to outputs.
• Manage multiple projects using Asana, meet deadlines, and propose process improvements.

Requirements

• Reside in Canada for this role.
• 3–5 years professional graphic design experience with portfolio showcasing versatility.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy skills across channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, handle feedback, and work in fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience or eagerness to learn generative AI tools for design.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or tech marketing.
• UI/UX principles, HTML/CSS, motion graphics, or photography skills.
