What you will do

• Craft ad sets, landing pages, and motion graphics optimized for social media advertising on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
• Edit video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specs and audience attention spans.
• Collaborate with media and content teams to align creatives with insights, goals, and brand consistency.
• Design and implement A/B tests using CRO tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, Crazyegg.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, heatmapping to validate and refine designs.
• Manage multiple projects, communicate updates, and iterate based on feedback and data.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in graphic design focused on performance-driven creative and CRO; 1 year in motion graphics
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic video editing with Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar
• Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO analytics, heatmapping, performance marketing metrics
• Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional agency environment
