What you will do

• Edit UGC-style creatives for ads
• Craft hook-driven cuts optimized for engagement
• Develop new video concepts and bring them to life
• Collaborate closely with the creative team
• Participate in brainstorms and ideate content directions
• Test new tools, effects, plugins, and build project templates to accelerate workflows

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer
• Proficiency in After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop
• Portfolio reflecting skills and creative style
• Ability to follow briefs while contributing ideas
• Strong grasp of composition, editing techniques, rhythm, and color

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools (AI speakers, voiceovers, MidJourney, etc.)
