What you will do

• Develop performance-focused creatives including banners, templates, and posts
• Implement UI-style visuals into marketing creatives and AI-generated outputs
• Run variation testing of formats and hypotheses
• Work in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Analyze competitors and generate new visual concepts
• Create scalable templates at the product level

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic or Marketing Designer in performance teams
• Hands-on experience creating Facebook/Instagram Ads (banners, stories, posts)
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Portfolio showcasing performance-driven advertising creatives
• Strong grasp of composition, color, and structure of advertising messages
• Attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to work with feedback

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, ChatGPT + design
• Motion design skills using After Effects or animation templates
