A brand-new B2B commerce marketing division purpose-built for industrial distributors, manufacturers, and complex B2B sellers.

What you will do

• Lead product feed strategy and architecture across Google Shopping, Microsoft Shopping, and Amazon Business for B2B clients.
• Manage marketplace presence and performance on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central for high-SKU catalogs.
• Serve as the senior strategic point of contact for executive-level client relationships and lead QBRs.
• Co-build and document the hirify.global Commerce methodology and internal playbooks.
• Implement AI tools to improve feed quality and catalog management standards.
• Hire, onboard, and develop team members as the division scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years in performance marketing with 3+ years of hands-on experience in product feed management and marketplace operations.
• Fluency in Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch, or equivalent enterprise feed management tools.
• Proven experience managing Google and Microsoft Shopping campaigns at scale.
• Experience with B2B ecommerce and managing high-SKU catalogs (10K+ SKUs).
• Must permanently reside in Canada and have current work authorization.
• Strong executive presence and previous experience in people leadership or mentoring.

Nice to have

• Specific experience with Amazon Business features such as quantity discounts and procurement integration.
