What you will do

• Execute end-to-end finance operations across AP, AR, R2R, GL, fixed assets, treasury, or intercompany accounting.
• Process complex and exception transactions, validate critical entries, and meet established SLAs and process controls.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analyses, management reports, and schedules.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Resolve stakeholder queries and escalations while collaborating with regional and global finance teams.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, ERP enhancements, transformation projects, knowledge management, and team governance.

Requirements

• Experience with finance operations and accounting processes such as AP, AR, R2R, GL, fixed assets, treasury, or intercompany accounting.
• Ability to handle complex transactions independently and review work for accuracy.
• Knowledge of journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial close activities.
• Understanding of accounting policies, internal controls, audit trails, and audit support.
• Ability to resolve process-related issues and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.
• Ability to provide guidance to Associates and Analysts and support team workload management.
