What you will do

• Manage the entire lifecycle of security engagements from kick-off calls through testing, reporting, and debriefing.
• Perform penetration testing across applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), and mobile environments (Android and iOS).
• Deliver Cyber Essentials, PCI DSS, and lead engagements under the NCSC's CHECK scheme.
• Lead medium to large projects and take responsibility for strategic client relationships.
• Provide ongoing mentorship to junior consultants and contribute to team and process improvement.
• Conduct technical analysis of current IT security events for media coverage.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant penetration testing or cybersecurity industry experience within the past 5 years.
• Certification in OSCE, CREST Certified Tester (CCT), Cyber Scheme Team Leader (CSTL), or an equivalent level.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong technical skills in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), mobile environments, and social engineering.
• Ability to work independently and lead, teach, and inspire colleagues within a high-performing team.

Nice to have

• Experience in OT security, container security, code review, or threat modelling.
