What you will do

• Deliver best-in-class integration services for Falcon Next-Gen SIEM to diverse organizations.
• Act as trusted advisor guiding customers to mature security outcomes with SIEM, log management, XDR, and SOAR.
• Provide knowledge transfer on Falcon LogScale NG-SIEM to customers.
• Work with customers to discover capabilities, expand use cases, and collaborate with internal teams on product feedback.
• Occasional travel required (<25%).

Requirements

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• 2+ years experience with log management/SIEM (Falcon NG-SIEM, Splunk, Chronicle, etc.) and SOAR (hirify.global Fusion, Palo Alto XSOAR, etc.) in Security Operations or consulting.
• Knowledge of log analysis, data onboarding, parsing, searches, dashboards, and alerts.
• Intermediate (3+ years) knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure including policy configuration and integrations.
• Intermediate knowledge of IT security functions: directory services, authentication, networking, data storage, endpoint security.
• Experience with scripting (Python, Powershell, Javascript, YAML, REST API, etc.), AI platforms for integrations, documentation, and customer feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with pre-sales scoping and post-sales handoffs in InfoSec.
• Recent certifications (SANS, ISC2, AWS, Microsoft, Google).
• Recent SOC experience with SIEM/SOAR for incident analysis.
• Extensive generative AI integration experience.
