What you will do

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Falcon's AI-powered detection and response capabilities.
• Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows to reduce false positives.
• Develop and implement AI-driven automation playbooks and scripting solutions using Falcon APIs.
• Interpret AI-generated alerts, enhance vulnerability prioritization, and integrate with existing security tools.
• Support incident response with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis.
• Lead AI skills workshops and develop customer-facing AI collateral for the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related, plus 8+ years in IT deployments or customer environments.
• Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts in cybersecurity, software deployment, security automation.
• Experience with AI-powered security tools, data science in security operations, presenting technical AI content.
• Strong computer/network security knowledge, analytical skills, communication, mentoring, and project leadership.
• High motivation, self-starter, results-driven; potential for travel up to 25%.
