About the Role

You will serve as the operational backbone of the Office of the CTO, ensuring technical infrastructure, cybersecurity and compliance remain robust. You will own the IT lifecycle—procurement, provisioning, recovery and off-boarding of hardware and software—maintain audit evidence, manage vendors, coordinate cross-departmental alignment, and translate compliance requirements into actionable internal processes. This role focuses on building and running secure, efficient operational systems rather than writing code.

Requirements

• 3+ years in IT Operations, Technical Project Management, or a GRC-focused role
• Practical understanding of ISO27001
• Familiarity with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) is a significant plus
• Experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions
• Strong organization, agency and ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in a regulated environment (nice to have)
• Project management skills or qualifications within the IT sector (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Lead GRC initiatives to align technical processes with ISO27001 and DORA
• Manage end-to-end procurement, provisioning and recovery of hardware and software licenses
• Maintain documentation and evidence logs to ensure audit readiness
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
• Design and implement operational workflows that improve security without slowing engineering
• Coordinate cross-departmental alignment and translate compliance requirements into internal processes
