What you will do

• Conduct food safety assessments in retail environments in accordance with legal and client requirements.
• Plan and manage assigned workloads within agreed timescales.
• Produce and submit audit reports immediately following each assessment.
• Correct report errors within 12 hours of a request.
• Maintain professional development (CPD) and complete training for new client onboarding.
• Coordinate with Line Managers and Lead Auditors regarding client requests during audits.

Requirements

• Qualified Environmental Health Practitioner (EHO or FSO).
• Must be based in the UK.
• Ideally possess EHORB registration.
• Proficiency in IT skills for using business software and equipment.
