What you will do

• Deploy and maintain IT infrastructure, platforms, and network services.
• Design and implement technical solutions and document changes accurately.
• Provide complex technical support and escalation, adhering to SLAs.
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support for workstations and applications.
• Manage software and equipment inventory with Asset Management teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT strategy and regulatory security standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in France
• 3+ years of experience in Identity Management, Microsoft Server, or Windows OS.
• Proficiency in Networking (VPN, DHCP, Wireless) and Device Management (Intune, Jamf).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and AWS.
• Familiarity with Apple MAC devices and IP networking (LAN/WAN).
• Strong communication skills for working in a distributed team environment.
