What you will do

• Plan and produce social-first content for the podcast portfolio
• Shoot and edit clips during podcast shoots and live events
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing
• Lead social campaigns from conceptualization to delivery
• Collaborate with Podcast Producers, Executive Producers, and talent through approval processes
• Monitor performance trends to guide content decisions

Requirements

• Proven experience in social-first content production within podcasts, entertainment, or media
• Expertise in optimizing content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Proficiency in mobile shooting and directing guests or presenters
• Hands-on editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Ability to create thumbnails and graphics using Adobe Photoshop
• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Central London
