What you will do

• Perform compliance monitoring across business lines and follow up on recommendations for change.
• Execute substantive deep dives into high-risk business areas.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify control gaps and enhance the control environment.
• Manage compliance-related projects and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate communication and information circulation between the Central Compliance Assurance Team and Local Offices.
• Build and develop strong relationships with Local Officers, business process owners, and Internal Audit.

Requirements

• Fluency in English AND either French or German is an essential requirement.
• Experience in Compliance, Audit, Internal Audit, or Risk management, preferably in FinTech.
• Knowledge of financial markets, products, and FCA regulations.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving and ability to make decisive judgments.
• Diplomatic communication skills for interacting with internal and external parties.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
