What you will do

• Draft and review legal documents including commercial contracts, corporate documents, HR agreements, policies, and court correspondence.
• Provide advice on company law, financing, insurance, and business contracts with suppliers.
• Handle full range of HR documentation: offers, employment/B2B contracts, terminations, regulations.
• Advise HR on recruitment, relocations, benefits, incentive plans, and employee relations across Poland and abroad.
• Ensure compliance, analyze risks, conduct legal research, monitor law changes.
• Support Legal Team, coordinate external counsels, participate in meetings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in law and attorney-at-law or advocate status
• 6+ years in corporate/commercial and employment law (international firm or in-house preferred)
• Working knowledge of civil, corporate, and employment law
• Legal drafting skills and effective communication (written/oral)
• Advanced Polish and English (written/spoken); everyday work in English
• Ability to work independently under pressure and collaborate cross-functionally
