What you will do

• Develop and roll out new features according to the product and technical roadmap.
• Improve the platform's performance and scalability to support a growing base of larger customers.
• Shape the development processes and the future of the engineering team as an early member.
• Collaborate within a fresh team to further develop the core software platform.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a PHP Developer with extensive hands-on Laravel expertise.
• Proficiency in MySQL, Redis, and building RESTful APIs.
• Strong commitment to quality assurance and automatic testing.
• Experience with version control systems, specifically Git.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in Belgium for hybrid work and within UTC -01:00 to UTC +03:00.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud providers.
• Interest in envelope encryption, advanced data encryption, and identity servers.
• Deep understanding of scalability and performance in database-driven platforms.
