What you will do

• Process daily payroll reconciliations and resolve exceptions for accurate customer payments
• Act on outstanding information and collaborate with teams to meet service levels
• Support payment processes, internal controls, and user testing for system changes
• Develop knowledge of payroll legislation and procedures while coaching colleagues
• Record workflows, perform quality checks, and contribute to management information
• Identify process improvements and enhance customer journey using Agile methods

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume pension payrolls (10,000+), including B2C and B2B reconciliations
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, systems, and software
• Ability to analyse financial and technical payroll data to resolve queries
• Confident communication and collaboration across all levels
• Problem-solving skills with sound judgement and organisation
• Proficiency in Excel for data-driven tasks
