What you will do

• Produce IFRS and Solvency II reporting metrics, including Matching Adjustment, ALM, and sensitivity metrics.
• Manage the prioritisation, scheduling, and resource allocation for BAU reporting and process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop junior members of the Investment Reporting Team to maximize performance.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Finance, Investments, and external Auditors.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of reporting systems, ensuring robustness and strong control frameworks.
• Analyze investment variance, profit & loss attribution, and perform stress and scenario testing.

Requirements

• Fully Qualified Actuary or CFA holder with demonstrable relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and Solvency II reporting metrics.
• Proficiency in asset modelling and cashflow projection using VBA and R.
• Proven experience in effective team management, coaching, and mentoring.
• Awareness of risk and regulatory requirements within the UK finance sector.
• Excellent communication skills for tailoring messages to diverse stakeholders.
