Salary: $184,728 – $249,926

What you will do

• Build first-of-a-kind technology to modernize the personal injury legal industry.
• Develop foundational software blocks and contribute to the engineering team culture.
• Deploy and maintain core software products to handle 10x current volume.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with ML, data engineering, and DevOps experts.
• Ship production-ready code rapidly within a tightly-knit New Products team.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in frontend or fullstack engineering.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality, production-ready code and infrastructure.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical ideas in actionable terms.
• Experience owning projects from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated success in mentoring and upleveling teammates.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or Toronto (Hybrid).
