What you will do

  • Lead and optimize the Malaysia Delivery Centre's performance to meet business demand in APAC and Middle East.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, performance management, and clear KPI accountability.
  • Partner with internal sales and service teams to deliver commercially aligned recruitment solutions.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in delivery processes and tools.
  • Manage candidate sourcing via Job Boards and LinkedIn and maintain data integrity in Bullhorn.
  • Collaborate with other Delivery Centre Leads to share market intelligence and best practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or service delivery environments.
  • Proven track record of managing teams within high-performance delivery or sales settings.
  • Ability to influence outcomes in a matrix organization across different regions.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Location: Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
