TL;DR

Location: On-Site in Singapore. Must be able to assist after office hours/weekends for urgent staffing needs.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management for store operations personnel.
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels to drive efficiency.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders (Workforce Planner, Training, Operations, HR) and update on candidate pipeline.
  • Build and maintain a pool of temporary manpower to fill all shifts for daily operations.
  • Develop contingency plans for shift gaps due to absenteeism or medical leave.
  • Analyze turnover and retention to forecast hiring needs, arrange training for new hires, and ensure attendance.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions for accurate candidate sourcing.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar preferred.
  • At least 2 years' experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Must be able to assist and support manpower gaps after office hours/weekends.
  • Sound knowledge of hiring processes and MOM’s labour laws.
  • Excellent judgment of character, skilled at candidate screening and interviewing.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proactive approach to hiring and recruitment.
