What you will do

• Define the voice interaction model, shaping turn-taking, interruptions, latency, and tone for human-quality interactions.
• Build reliable real-time systems, collaborating with engineering on streaming architectures and latency budgets.
• Own the voice stack experience by partnering across ASR, TTS, and LLM integrations.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure latency, resolution rates, and conversation quality.
• Translate real-world usage and edge cases from customers into actionable product direction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with exposure to real-time systems, voice, or AI products.
• Experience shipping voice or real-time products, specifically handling streaming systems and latency constraints.
• Strong technical depth in system design, including speech pipelines and telephony systems.
• Familiarity with LLMs, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech systems in production.
• Track record of 0→1 product development and iterating toward product-market fit.
• Must be based in or work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
