What you will do

• Perform precision assembly on complex production and repair actuators.
• Adjust and align components through shimming and mechanical adjustments specified by blueprints.
• Utilize precision measuring equipment including dial indicators, calipers, and micrometers to meet build requirements.
• Conduct test operations on mechanical or hydraulic actuators using specialized electronic and hydraulic equipment.
• Diagnose common test failures and perform rework to correct discrepancies.
• Document all parts replaced and work performed using RUR and WDS systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of assembly experience in mechanical, hydraulic, electromechanical, or electronic fields.
• Proven experience within the Aerospace industry.
• Ability to read blueprints and utilize precision measuring tools.
• Must possess or be able to obtain Security Clearance.
• Must meet FAA's drug and alcohol testing program requirements (Safety Sensitive position).
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification.
