What you will do

• Balance artistic quality with production timelines and technical requirements.

• Manage client expectations and integrate creative input for high-profile industry partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Level Artist on AAA projects.
• Proven experience leading an art team.
• Proficiency in Level Design, World Building, Environment Production, and Lighting within Unreal Engine.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English for international collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural environments.
