What you will do

• Coordinate all incoming and outgoing transports, including local and overseas export shipments.
• Plan transport routes from suppliers and other plants to customers, focusing on cost, quality, and time.
• Manage communication with forwarding and transport companies to ensure punctual delivery.
• Monitor container arrivals using the FIFO system and ensure timely return to depots to avoid detention charges.
• Create detailed transport schedules, collect transport data, and record any damages.
• Collaborate with logistics and customs departments to optimize sea and air freight and avoid delays.

Requirements

• Experience in transport coordination and route planning.
• Ability to manage communication with multiple forwarding and transport companies.
• Knowledge of export shipments and customs procedures.
