Traffic Controller (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage daily international and domestic shipment transactions.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Prepare shipping and export documents, including invoices, packing lists, and AWB/BL.
• Maintain and update purchase orders (POs) and requisitions via Oracle.
• Review orders for Incoterms, ECCN, HTS, and general compliance.
• Track delivery status and communicate with internal teams and logistics partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or distribution.
• Basic knowledge of international shipping documentation and export administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be local to the job location (Malaysia).
• No visa sponsorship available.
