What you will do

• Develop technical documentation and training for melting, pouring, molding, grinding, and heat treatment processes.
• Monitor in-process performance to ensure continuous line operation.
• Perform root cause analysis for non-conforming products using problem-solving tools like 8D and A3.
• Support new product casting trials and prepare corresponding technical documentation.
• Coordinate testing for new materials and emerging casting technologies.
• Optimize processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Associate degree or above in steel casting, materials forming and control, metallic materials, or related fields.
• 5-10 years of work experience as a steel casting engineer.
• Proficiency in resin sand molding, iron melting/pouring processes, quality control, and electrical furnace maintenance.
• Experience with design software such as CAD and casting simulation.
• Written English proficiency required; oral English is preferred.
• Competence in MS Office and process anomaly analysis.
