What you will do

• Develop and scale a centralized, React-based component library to ensure high reusability across the platform.
• Partner with Product Design to translate Figma tokens into pixel-perfect, interactive web components.
• Mentor engineers across 8+ product teams to drive system adoption and UI best practices.
• Implement and champion strict WCAG accessibility standards (a11y) across all shared components.
• Write comprehensive automated unit and visual regression tests to ensure UI quality and performance.
• Maintain detailed documentation via Storybook and integrate the design system into a microfrontend architecture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional front-end web development experience with a strong UI/UX focus.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern styling solutions like CSS-in-JS or CSS Modules.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining design systems or comprehensive UI frameworks.
• Deep experience with Storybook and component-driven development workflows.
• Practical knowledge of web accessibility standards (ARIA, WCAG).
• Degree in Computer Science, HCI, or a similar technical field.
