What you will do

• Build 0-to-1 features and experiences, shipping regularly in an early-stage product environment.
• Design AI-enabled capabilities on top of foundational models for adaptability, reuse, and scalability.
• Translate professional coaching workflows and insights into high-quality AI Agents.
• Develop scalable pipelines and integrations to connect the product with productivity and L&D tools.
• hirify.globalr the engineering team on AI and data best practices through peer reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience shipping data-related products to production with real users (no new grads).
• Proficiency in server-side web applications using dynamic languages like Go, TypeScript, or Ruby.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and traditional web stacks such as Ruby on Rails.
• Strong understanding of data engineering and software architecture, including search indexes and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in integrating LLM-based coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Cody) into the development workflow.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada
