What you will do

• Build new evaluations and environments for the CUA evaluation framework.
• Develop and expand the CUA evals framework.
• Conduct outbound sales, develop partnerships, and improve developer experience for CUA developers.
• Lead and support teams of research engineers in building evaluations.
• Handle general startup operations to support rapid scaling.

Requirements

• Engagement with AI Safety and AI alignment.
• Deep understanding of LLM evaluation frameworks, especially multimodal and agentic evaluations.
• Experience in fullstack LLM deployment for AI evaluations.
• Familiarity with deploying latest AI tools for operational efficiency.
• Prior experience working in fast-growing startup teams.
• Availability to align with Pacific Time or China/Singapore Time is prioritized.
