What you will do

• Define technical direction and architecture for AI-powered features emphasizing maintainability, scalability, and cost control.
• Design and implement reusable AI integrations with LLM providers like Anthropic and establish patterns for prompt design, evaluation, safety, and observability.
• Build end-to-end AI solutions from model exploration to production deployment, including data flows, services, and customer-facing integrations.
• Lead prototyping and delivery of AI initiatives, owning experiments through to reliable production systems.
• Mentor engineers, review designs, and create documentation to enable AI adoption across teams.
• Collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure AI meets standards for security, privacy, and availability.

Requirements

• Proven track record shipping AI-powered capabilities with deep understanding of LLM providers like Anthropic.
• Hands-on experience building scalable AI systems, optimizing platforms, and focusing on business outcomes.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals for end-to-end ownership from prototypes to production.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and lifelong learning mindset.
• Must be eligible to work remotely in the US.
