What you will do

• Architect and deliver live, scalable conversational AI agents for enterprise growth.
• Own the full AI agent lifecycle from early pilots through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with enterprise decision-makers to solve high-priority challenges using agentic AI.
• Develop agents outperforming humans in retention, churn reduction, and customer interactions.
• Design reusable frameworks for industry-specific demands and drive new product directions.
• Integrate emerging voice models into production-grade deployments and evolve the platform.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale.
• Builder's mentality with high agency, startup founder or early engineer experience valued.
• Proven technical problem-solving in rapidly shifting, ambiguous environments.
• Working knowledge of AI agent toolkit: evaluation frameworks, orchestration, RAG, prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, Go advantageous.
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles, clear communication with engineers and executives.
