Senior Search & Technical SEO Manager (Fintech SaaS): Lead technical SEO strategy, site architecture, and frameworks for organic growth across traditional search engines, AI Overviews, and generative platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity. Focus on product/pillar optimization, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), schema implementation, and off-page authority building to maximize discoverability and inbound pipeline impact.
Location: Hybrid working model requiring presence in Plano, TX office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

What you will do
- Develop technical SEO roadmap, conduct audits, and partner with WebOps/engineering to improve crawlability, indexing, schema, site architecture, and performance.
- Lead organic strategy for product/pillar pages, translating keyword demand into content hierarchies, internal linking, and topical authority.
- Build Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) frameworks for visibility in AI search ecosystems, including structured data for entity recognition.
- Drive off-page authority via backlinks, citations, PR, and partnerships in financial operations space.
- Align cross-channel strategies with paid search, CRO, and content teams to boost organic pipeline and conversions.
Requirements
- 7+ years in SEO, organic growth, or web strategy, preferably B2B SaaS
- Expertise in technical SEO, site architecture, JS rendering, audits, schema, and modern search ecosystems including AI Overviews.
- Experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb.
- Strong analytical skills to influence roadmaps, budgets, and cross-functional teams (WebOps, engineering, marketing).
- Proven track record in product-led SEO for high-intent categories and scalable growth.
