What you will do

• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance requests to minimize production downtime.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and manage external contractors for fast resolution.
• Plan and schedule preventative maintenance activities.
• Perform regular site inspections to identify safety risks and equipment faults.
• Manage spare parts inventory, work orders, and maintenance tracking.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with WHS/OHS safety standards.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills for managing competing priorities.
• Proven commitment to workplace health and safety (WHS/OHS).
• Proficiency in computer systems, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Wetherill Park, Sydney.
