Quality Control Technician

TL;DR

Quality Control Technician (Manufacturing): Testing raw materials, packing materials, and on-line finished products to ensure qualification and compliance with requirements with an accent on data input into QC database and SAP, COA preparation, and product retains maintenance. Focus on executing on-line inspections, SOP adherence, abnormal condition reporting, and process improvements.

Location: Onsite in Dandenong South, Victoria, Australia

What you will do

• Check raw materials and packing materials, collect COAs to ensure incoming materials meet requirements.
• Test and adjust on-line finished products for qualification.
• Input QC test data into QC database and SAP system.
• Prepare COAs and delivery test reports.
• Maintain product retains for finished goods and raw materials.
• Execute on-line inspections to ensure SOP compliance in manufacturing.

Requirements

• Independently complete training for new employees and performance tests for finished goods.
• Participate in supervisor-led training and suggest process, product, and quality improvements.
• Responsible for effective production at PG15 and timely job completion by employees.
• Report to Quality Manager.
• Handle quarterly internal instrument tests, abnormal reports, and coordinate with production and quality manager.
• Ensure safety, neatness, tidiness of work area, complete 5S tasks, and properly operate equipment.
