What you will do

• Implement and manage cloud-native systems on AWS using automation and best-in-class tools.
• Operate and enhance Kubernetes clusters, deployment pipelines, and service meshes to support rapid delivery.
• Design and maintain a multi-tenant SaaS platform infrastructure focusing on reliability and scalability.
• Define and maintain SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets while proactively addressing performance issues.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform for repeatable and auditable provisioning.
• Act as Incident Commander during on-call rotations to coordinate cross-team responses and reduce MTTR.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or Platform Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure supporting SaaS products.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting (Python, Go, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Deep experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and the Helm ecosystem.
• Strong system-level troubleshooting skills and deep understanding of Linux networking (TCP/IP, VPC, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
