What you will do

• Provide technical support for metrology and automated sorting tools to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize tool downtime.
• Collaborate with production, process engineers, and technicians to resolve tool issues.
• Support the installation and qualification of new metrology tools.
• Perform calibrations, software updates, and modifications to maintain equipment specifications.
• Analyze tool performance data and generate reports to identify efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• 5 years of experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment, preferably metrology tools.
• Experience troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical systems (robotics, pneumatics, vacuum, lasers).
• Proficiency with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data science software.
• Knowledge of Design of Experiment (DOE), Lean manufacturing, and Six-Sigma principles.
• Able to work in a clean room environment adhering to strict cleanliness protocols.
