What you will do
- Oversee high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes for advanced integrated circuits.
- Conduct tests and measurements to maintain critical dimensions and minimize defectivity.
- Implement equipment modifications to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost objectives.
- Manage maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure consistent operational performance.
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers to resolve technical challenges and implement innovative solutions.
- Facilitate technology transfer to global manufacturing sites through training and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or BS degree in a STEM-related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3 years with a Master's, or 0 years with a PhD.
- Experience in equipment monitoring, process characterization, and semiconductor equipment.
- Experience in manufacturing process change and optical characterization.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without immigration sponsorship.
- Regular onsite presence required in Albuquerque, NM.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with metrology fundamentals and tool matching.
- Experience in process analytical metrology and packaging process development.
- Familiarity with experimental design (DOE) and semiconductor process flows.
- Experience in project management and leading technical task forces.
