What you will do

• Develop a robust pipeline of prospective fund investors through effective networking and relationship-building strategies.
• Manage and mentor the internal Investor Relations team, overseeing all investor communications, reporting, and relationship management.
• Serve as a prominent ambassador of the firm to enhance brand and reputation through targeted outreach.
• Lead the Investor Relations team and collaborate with functional teams to ensure high conversion rates and seamless onboarding.
• Utilize analytical skills to assess market trends and investor preferences to inform strategic business development efforts.
• Document all prospective investor engagements in the CRM database for tracking and analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in business development, investor relations, or a related field.
• Must be US-based.
• Proven track record of converting prospects into successful sales and funding.
• Additive network of institutional partners and prospects.
• Foundational understanding of crypto concepts and markets.
• Substantial travel (both domestic and international) is expected.

Nice to have

• Regulatory knowledge or experience working within a regulated private fund environment.
• College degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
